The Brugse Zot Cup brings J/80 crews together for a day where the breeze is steady, the tactics matter, and the only thing foamy should be the waves—not the beer waiting ashore. It’s a race where sailors trim their sails with care, steer clean lines, and quietly hope their performance is a little less ‘zot’ than the name suggests. A straightforward contest on the water, followed by the kind of well-earned pint that makes every tack feel worthwhile.
