Dear J/80 friends,

We have some updates:

Local news:

• THE first - Flanders Trophy - weekend is upcoming (22-23/4), we are counting down the days !!!
  Please subscribe asap to be ready for the weekend via following link and read more details about the event.
  The NOR and SI are also available there!

• And, do not forget to register you membership towards the Belgian J/80 Class here!

International news:

• ONK Netherlands:
  During the weekend of 31/3-2/4/2023, two Belgian boats (Lord Jim -BEL958  and MaatJe - BEL809) as well as our French friends on EOS - FR857 participated to the Open Dutch Championship J/80 in Naarden. Nice to see their commitment to the international race circuit and congratulations to the Dutch team nJord with their first place!

• Spi Ouest France 2023:
  Also here, two Belgian participators (Ninja and Lord Jim) as well as team EOS were present in the fleet of 55 boats with following results:

  • EOS - 20th place

  • Ninja - 21st place

  • Lord Jim - 47th place

Nice result knowing the level of competition 💪
Also felicitations towards Jacques Hubert and his team for their renewed title "Champion de France Master J80 2022" 👏:

Les Masters justement (3 équipiers, dont le skipper, ont plus de 45 ans)… Pourquoi ne sommes nous pas étonnés de voir Jacques Hubert dominer le classement Master de la tête et des épaules ? Il faut dire qu’il a encore « mis le paquet » cette année en participant à toutes les épreuves du circuit. Même si seules les 4 meilleures (sur 6) sont prises en compte, ses poursuivants (Ludovic Gilet et Bruno R de Véricourt ) n’ont rien pu faire.
